After our introductory call, Hermes Worldwide will provide you with a contract to ensure that all details discussed including pricing have been met.
The Hermes Event Manager will be your initial contact. They will walk through the logistics plan, options, and costs to ensure we are on the same page from manifest management through final billing.
Once you submit your manifest, we will upload the information to our system. We will assign vehicles, greeters, etc.; and create a Master Manifest that will be delivered to you in a timely fashion.
As you submit modifications to your manifest, we will update daily, and supply an updated Master Manifest for your review.
Our Livery software allows the Meeting Planner to make changes and updates to the Master Manifest in real-time.
As updates come in, we will continue to optimize the Event Plan to stay within the parameters and specifications for guest management.
We will provide, at request, an on-site Event Manager to lead your group, manage the greeting staff, oversee the manifest, and immediately communicate changes.
Once the event is completed, we will deliver the final charges/invoicing completed and delivered to you within 3 business days after the final group departure.

Your dedicated representative partners with the event planners or DMC staff to help coordinate all airport transportation, VIP or executive transportation, and any group event transportation.
